The CLaM MSDS Module

Material Safety Data Sheet
The CLaM MSDS System allows you to print out an MSDS immediately after creating or modifying a formula. You don't need to create a MSDS for the new formula - it is generated automatically. And you know that it is accurate!
The CLaM MSDS pulls its warning messages directly from the hazardous materials. You don't need to specify warnings for each of your formulas. Once the information has been entered at the hazardous component level, it is available for all new or existing formulas.
The CLaM MSDS specifically designed to avoid the problem of making value judgments about the hazards of a product - judgments which may have to be defended later in a court of law. Throughout the CLaM MSDS program, information which you have entered from vendor MSD sheets and other reference sources is compiled into a readable, concise document which passes on information explicitly without judgment or extraneous opinion.
You specify the hazardous components for each raw material; you specify the exposure limits, the appropriate warnings, and other pertinent health information for each hazardous component. When printing the MSDS, the software scans the hazardous components and prints out text messages in a non-redundant, readable format. Text messages are easily edited from your computer screen.
Where appropriate, warning messages are explicitly tied together with the corresponding hazardous components. This allows a physician or other health attendant to refer back to the specific hazard in Section II and check percentages, making a better informed first aid decision.
